"We have been a customer of State Farm and Mike Lantham for over 40 years. In July, 2024, a storm came through and one of our trees fell onto our house. Mike recommended a contractor to fix our house - this contractor is horrible. After months of falsely posturing for a whole roof replacement, it has now been 99 days since our claim and we are not any closer to having our house repaired. Mike has not called and checked on our claim - we have called him for help with this. So disappointed in State Farm and Mike. Currently looking for different insurance company."

"I've had State Farm insurance for over 15 years. In that time I've communicated in person, over the phone, and via email. I received excellent prompt service each time. Ben has talked me and my son through many policies, a couple of claims and adding new cars. He has saved me money and made sure there were no holes in coverage between my and the HOA insurance policies. With my last two cars I was had the pleasure of working with Vikky Estrada. She also was thorough in making sure I had the best coverage while saving me money. She caught an error on my most recent car's policy that when fixed, it lowered the cost even further. I've strayed away under the lure of lower car insurance rates, but always come back when the customer service is poor or I realize the coverage is not actually apples to apples with what I had with State Farm. I have recommended State Farm to friends and family for their rates and friendly agents."

"This office, Ben in particular has been very diligent and patient with me over the years. Took us a while to get rid of what was familiar and move to Statefarm. When we did it went fast. One thing I’m always careful about is to prevent holes in coverage. I asked Ben and this office to offer and explain each option for both my home and cars and that I would choose. Weird questions and and crazy hypothetical scenarios were discussed. We’re thrilled with the savings happy with the coverage and ease of transition."
